We’ve had a very successful harvest. We’ve celebrated with some fresh oat drinks! Beautiful and healthy oats and an excellent yield. With just 8 acers we’ve gotten about 15 tonnes of oats. We’ll let them dry out for a bit and then the next step in the process will be getting them milled. Fortunately, or good friend Angus at Mungowells in Drem of East Lothian is just the guy for the job. Stay tuned!
